<p>Every guide on TheGuideShelf is digital. We don't want you to pay for something that didn't land. If a guide doesn't deliver real value for you, email us at <a href="mailto:hello@theguideshelf.com">hello@theguideshelf.com</a> within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you. No long forms. No survey. No hoops.</p>
<p>We do ask for one line on what didn't work — only because it helps us write better guides for the next person. That's it.</p>
<p>Because guides are delivered as instant downloads, refunds are at our discretion when there's clear evidence of abuse (e.g. mass download then refund). For everyone else, the answer is yes.</p>
